The Daily Acca: Friday night fun in the Premier League

There is Premier League action tonight and Paul Robinson has included the clash from the Emirates in his 9/2 Daily Acca. Here are his selections:

Goals as usual in Italy

Bet 1: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Sampdoria v Spezia @ 6/10 – KO 19:45 BST

Sampdoria have made a pretty poor start to their Serie A campaign, as they head into tonight’s fixture in 17th place, having taken just six points from a possible 24.

Spezia are only in 16th, but their expectations are lesser than that of their opponents, and they at least won when last in action.

I am expecting goals in this one, with both teams really needing to win. The hosts are on a run of six to end with this selection landing, and the visitors have seen their last five follow suit.

Entertainment at the Emirates

Bet 2: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Arsenal v Aston Villa @ 17/20 – KO 20:00 BST

More goals now, this time from the Premier League where Arsenal take on Aston Villa.

Dean Smith’s men need to pick themselves up after blowing a 2-0 lead against Wolves to lose 2-3 – with all three goals coming in the final 10 minutes.

The Gunners also blew a lead last time, but in the end they were lucky to draw 2-2 with Palace, requiring an injury time equaliser of their own.

Villa’s five goal thriller was their fourth match out of five to end with Over 2.5 backers collecting, and the same can be said for three of Arsenal’s last four in all competitions.

Granada to lose again

Bet 3: Back Osasuna @ 8/11 – KO 20:00 BST

Osasuna are flying this season, and with four wins from their last five, they start the weekend in fifth place in La Liga – just three points behind leaders, Real Sociedad.

Granada recorded their first win of the campaign when they last played, but that was all the way back on October 3rd. They pulled off a shock 1-0 victory over Sevilla, but other than that, they have really struggled.

Away from home it’s no wins in four this term, with just the one goal scored. The hosts have actually only won once themselves at home this year, but they should prove too strong tonight.
