Another damp squib for Parana supporters

Parana have dropped to 10th following a terrible run of form that has seen them take just one point from their last five games.
Putting the ball in the net has been their main issue as they scored just once during that period, and even when they were doing well, six of their seven home matches this term have seen this selection land.
The visitors meanwhile have won three of their last five, enabling them to move into the top three. They haven’t been big scorers on the road though, and four of their last five away from home have had one goal or less.
Draw specialists to draw again

Sport Recife were considered to be among the favourites for promotion this season, and although they are in fifth place, I am surprised they haven’t accumulated more points.
Too many draws have hindered their progress though as they have shared the points in eight of their 16 games. Three of their seven away from home have ended all square and two of those have come from their last four.
The hosts are in 14th and they too have drawn their fair share of matches. Half a dozen of their 16 have yielded only a single point, and that includes four of their seven home fixtures.
Cuiaba to get back to winning ways
Bet 3: Back Cuiaba @ 4/6 – KO 01:30 BST (Wed)
The selection saw their winning run come to an end at America Mineiro last time out, but they are back on home soil tonight – a ground where they beat Sao Bento 3-2, most recently.
Their opponents tonight are Figueirense, and they are lower than them in the table. The visitors are also in poor form – no win in seven, and their two latest outings were defeats to nil.
