The Daily Acca: A stroll for PSG in this 15/2 treble

Friday night’s Daily Acca has been boosted to 15/2 and it features games from the Bundesliga, Championship and Ligue One. Here are Paul Robinson’s selections:

More goals in Germany

Bet 1: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Hoffenheim v Hertha Berlin @ 4/6 – KO 19:30 BST

It’s a surprise to see Over 2.5 Goals as big as 4/6 for this Bundesliga clash, as pretty much all of the stats are pointing towards a goal-fest.

Hoffenheim’s matches are averaging 3.56 goals each time, and that has led to seven of their nine seeing this selection land – including three of their four at home.

Hertha Berlin have an identical average when it comes to how many goals that their matches are averaging, but they have only had one game to end with two goals or fewer.

All five of their visitor’s away fixtures have ended with at least three goals, with four of them even seeing Over 3.5 backers collect.

Forest to bounce back at QPR

Bet 2: Back Nottingham Forest @ 12/5 – KO 19:45 BST

Nottingham Forest fans were brought back down to earth with a thump on Sunday, as their vastly improved run of form came to an end with a 4-0 home defeat to Fulham.

I am willing to forgive that though, as the Cottagers are one of the best sides in the Championship, and Forest have looked a completely different team since Chris Hughton departed.

Steve Cooper’s men won’t have it easy at Loftus Road, but this is a QPR team that have lost two of their last three in the league now, and they exited the Carabao Cup on Tuesday to Sunderland.

No worries for PSG

Bet 3: Back PSG @ 1/3 – KO 20:00 BST

Lille are only 10th in their title defence, and it’s very hard to see them turning things around at PSG this evening.

Admittedly, Mauricio Pochettino’s men haven’t been firing on all cylinders this year, but they are still top with 28 points from a possible 33.

The Parisians will be keen to put their 0-0 draw at Marseille behind them, but at home it’s five wins from five, while Lille have lost three of their last four on the road.
