No mistakes at the Hawthorns
Bet 1: Back Liverpool to win to nil @ 6/5 – KO 16:30 BST
Liverpool know that three more wins will seal a top four finish, and I can’t see them having any issues at the Hawthorns today.
Jurgen Klopp’s men put in one of their best performances for a while at Old Trafford on Thursday, with Trent Alexander-Arnold especially looking like the player he was last season.
The Baggies were beaten 3-1 at the Emirates last time, and they didn’t put up too much resistance. They have nothing to play for and they have failed to find the net in two of their last four at home.
A rare home win for Everton
Bet 2: Back Everton to win to nil @ 11/10 – KO 19:00 BST
The Toffees haven’t fired at Goodison this season, but if they are ever going to win, and win to nil, today will be the day.
The visitors to Merseyside are Sheffield United, with the Blades having lost 28 of their 35 fixtures this term.
In their last 13 outings, they have been beaten 10 times, and in nine of those they failed to score. Away from home, six of their last seven have been defeats to nil.
Carlo Ancelotti’s hosts have kept clean sheets in three of their last four, and they are still in contention for Europe, so they can’t ease off here.
Goals for both teams in Italy
Bet 3: Back BTTS in AC Milan v Cagliari @ 8/11 – KO 19:45 BST
Juventus’ victory over Inter yesterday puts the pressure back on AC Milan and Napoli in the race for the last two Champions League places.
Stefano Pioli’s side are a short price to beat Cagliari today, but the visitors are in good form, and I at least expect them to find the net.
The visitors still aren’t quite safe, and they are unbeaten six – four of which were wins. That run included a 1-1 draw at Napoli.
Milan have won their last three to nil, but it’s just one clean sheet in seven at the San Siro.
