This week’s Premier League Treble is a smidgen over 4/1, as Paul Robinson picks out three bets from the 3pm kick-offs. Here are his selections:
Another classic at St James’
Bet 1: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Newcastle v Burnley @ 1/1 – KO 15:00 GMT
Newcastle fans might not have seen any wins for their team yet this season, but they have at least been entertained.
In seven home matches, the team have scored 11 goals and conceded 17. On four occasions they have scored two or more and failed to win the game.
Burnley drew 0-0 at Wolves during the week, but apart from that, their fixtures have largely been pretty entertaining this term.
Sean Dyche’s men are seeing their matches average 2.62 goals each time, and seven of their 13 have seen this selection land.

Bet 2: Back Under 2.5 Goals in Southampton v Brighton @ 3/4 – KO 15:00 GMT
One venue where I don’t think that there will be many goals is St Mary’s where Brighton make the short trip across the South Coast.
The Seagulls had the their fourth successive match end with two goals or fewer during the week, which made it 10 out of 14 this term.
The Saints drew 2-2 with Leicester, but that was only the third time that they had found the net more than once in a game this season.
One of the things this pair have in common is a lack of cutting edge, and I don’t expect that to change on Saturday.
Wolves to be blown away
Bet 3: Back Liverpool @ 4/9 – KO 15:00 GMT
There is no denying that Wolves have been good this season, but they are up against Liverpool this weekend, and I really can’t see how that they will be able to stop Jurgen Klopp’s team.
The Reds racked up another four goals at Goodison on Wednesday, which takes their tally to 43 for the season – 10 more than their nearest pursuer.
The hosts have only found the net a dozen times in 14 outings, so while they are level with Liverpool in the defensive stakes, they are blown away at the end of the pitch that really matters.
