Andy Schooler has picked a 5/1 shot-based Bet Builder for Wednesday’s Champions League fixtures…
“Kristensen has had 3+ shots in six of his 12 starts this season.”
Rasmus Kristensen Nissen is your modern-day attacking full-back and he looks a big price in the shots markets for Wednesday’s Champions League clash in Austria.
In the same way his Danish team-mate Joakim Maehle did during Euro 2020, the Salzburg right-back loves to get forward and that’s reflected in his shots stats.
He’s had 3+ shots in six of his 12 starts this season and while Salzburg do tend to ease to victory in a lot of their domestic games, the fact is they are odds-on to win this one and the onus will be on them to get on the front foot.
Kristensen is a tasty 15/2 to land the 3+ again here but the safer line, given the level of opposition, looks to be 2+ shots which still looks chunky at 9/4.
That’s worth considering as a single but I’ll double him up in a Bet Builder with Lille forward Jonathan David.
The Canadian has managed 2+ shots in four of his last five club matches, including against Wolfsburg in their Champions League opener. Confidence should be high too with David having scored twice at the weekend.
Pairing the two creates a price just above 5/1 which looks more than fair.
